Your consumption is matched against grid data alongside the contracts, certificates and supply records an audit requires — so every figure carries its evidence from the start.

Reconcile your certificates
REGOs and contracted renewable supply are matched against consumption to produce the market-based figure, and to show where certificates are doing no work.
Step 04
Export the report
Location-based, market-based and Scope 3 T&D, with the underlying half-hourly data attached, in the format your auditor and your disclosure need.
Why the number falls
Averages are not conservative. They’re just wrong in both directions.
An annual average factor assumes every kilowatt-hour is identical. It isn’t — and the assumption costs you twice over.
- When you use power matters. Grid intensity swings by a factor of four across a single day. A site that runs overnight or through the middle of the day is buying much cleaner electricity than the average implies — and paying for the difference in offsets.
- Estimated data is never in your favour. Gaps and missing readings get filled with estimates, and estimates are built to be safe rather than accurate. We track every missing data point and every zero in the series, so you can see how much of your figure is measured and how much is assumed.
- And the standard is moving this way anyway. The GHG Protocol Scope 2 consultation closed in January 2026, with hourly matching of consumption to generation high on the agenda. Building the capability now makes that change a switch rather than a project.
